Payment for physical goods is captured at the time of order placement; payment for digital goods is captured immediately upon purchase. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

7. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Goods)

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination. We ship worldwide. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when we hand the goods to the carrier.

8. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products (e-books, software, courses, etc.) are generally available for download immediately after payment confirmation. Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business purposes only. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances.

9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Physical Goods: Return unused items within 30 days of receipt in original packaging for a refund or exchange unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we arranged return shipping.
Digital Goods: Generally non-returnable; refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances.
